Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the most common questions that our clients have had over the years. Take a moment to go over them or call us with your question at any time. You can also email us if that is a more convenient option for you!
1.
Is our Driver's Tip included in our Total?
The minimum gratuity has been added in as part of your total. If you feel that your driver has gone above-and-beyond and you'd recommend him/her to someone else, it is much appreciated by our driving staff if you tip according to your level of service.
2.
Is there an Hourly Minimum required when renting one of your limos?
For night trips, we normally have a six-hour minimum for all vehicles. However, we have special wedding packages and rates, as well as corporate transportation deals for shorter blocks of time so, call us for information regarding special rates and time restraints.
3.
Are Alcoholic Beverages allowed on your Limos and Coaches?
If every passenger is above the age of 21 and as long as you bring the drinks aboard, your open beverages are allowed on all of our vehicles. This is one of the many plusses of renting from a company that has all of its vehicles professionally licensed through the state. Our drivers can't provide alcoholic beverages but that is the law everywhere.
4.
How much of my Payment is due upon Booking?
No matter how large of a trip you plan with us, you only owe a $200 deposit when calling us and booking your reservation. (Payable by Credit or Debit Card.)
5.
What is your Hourly Rate?
Here at GainesvilleLimos.com, we utilize many different factors, in order to keep your rates down. Due to that fact, it's best to call us and let us know what date you are planning to use our services and for how much time. Depending on vehicle availability, season and day of the week, we will find you the lowest rate that is possible, by industry standards!
